Innovation

Innovation in a classroom can happen when an educator asks how he or she can make learning real, relevant, interesting, student-centered and personalized. It is about using technology and other personalized learning techniques to empower students to become lifelong learners.  Innovation can usher in new ways of learning, not yet imagined.

Foundations in Education is promoting Innovation in the classroom through a competitive grant process where we invite teachers to incorporate innovative teaching in their approach to high quality instruction.

Leadership

An excellent Catholic education is made possible by the very best faith-filled teachers and school principals. This form of education is transformational and hard work. We must work diligently to ensure that talented, faith-filled teachers and school principals have the support, tools and training they need to meet the challenges of their work and ministry.

Foundations in Education is encouraging leadership development through a competitive grant process so encourage professional development in leadership programs that support faculty and administrators and that will help recruit and develop the next generation of vibrant and transformational leaders that Catholic schools need and our Catholic school students deserve.
